Maria Gabriela Garcia received her B.S degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Ecuador in 2007.   She is currently a graduate student in the master’s program for Experiential Education at Minnesota State University, Mankato as well as a research assistant for an engineering education project.  She worked as a graduate assistant at the Adventure Education Program at MSU. Her interests include professional development in corporate adventure training and outdoor sports.

 

Sebastian Dammer received his B.S degree in Agro-Business at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Ecuador in 2002.  He participated in the Multinational Exchange for Sustainable Agriculture in California. He also gained experience working in organic farms in Germany and Spain.  Besides farming he has been passionate about outdoor activities all his life. He has worked as a summer camp coach and a mountaineering guide. His interests include adventure education programming, rock climbing, kayaking, mountaineering and biking.
